These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of asliproperty.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Asli Property is a property listings platform that operates in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We connect buyers, renters, and sellers of real estate. We do not own, sell, rent, manage, or mediate transactions on the properties listed.

1a. Document inspection

Before publishing a listing, our team visits the property in person and inspects the seller's ownership documents (such as Registry, Fard, allotment letter, or utility bill). The badge “Documents inspected by Asli Property on [date]” confirms that this inspection took place on the stated date.

This inspection is not a legal title verification or guarantee. Title disputes, undisclosed co-owners, encumbrances, outstanding dues, and physical condition are not verified by us. You agree to perform independent legal and physical due diligence before finalising any transaction. Asli Property is not liable for losses arising from a deal that proceeds despite these limitations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself.

3. Listings

• You must own the property you list, or be authorized by the owner.
• Listings must be truthful: title, price, photos, location, and area must reflect the actual property.
• One listing per property. Duplicate listings will be removed.
• Listings are reviewed by our team before going public. We may reject any listing without explanation.
• You are responsible for the legality of your listing and any agreement you reach with another user.

4. Prohibited content

You may not post:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Listings for property you do not have authority to advertise.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content that violates Pakistani law (including PECA).
• Other people's phone numbers or identifying information.
• Spam or irrelevant content.

5. Messaging

Use the messaging system in good faith. Don't send unsolicited messages, scams, or attempts to redirect users off-platform for fraudulent purposes. We may moderate or restrict messages that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of liability

Asli Property is a listings platform. We do not verify the legal title, condition, or suitability of any listed property. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We are not responsible for losses arising from a transaction, including failed deals, fraud by other users, or property defects.

You agree to verify all material facts about a property — including title, encumbrances, and physical condition — through independent inspection and legal counsel before transacting.

7. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, post fraudulent content, or harm other users. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the listings, photos, and messages you post, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform. The Asli Property name, logo, and software are our property.

9. Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; if we make material changes, we'll announce them on the site or by email.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
